Who are you?
I’m Leah Anderson, an American abroad with a decade of experience leading talent teams across the globe. I’ve worked and managed teams in the US, Canada, the Netherlands, and the UK. My primary background is in talent, recruiting, and staff management, but I also have some marketing, writing, and translation experience.
What do you do?
I’m available for consulting in talent, management, and people strategy.
I’m also available for writing, editing, translation (Spanish > English, Mandarin Chinese > English), and other creative projects.
What’s the deal with your site’s name?
It’s my name spelled backward (Leah Anderson > Hael Nosredna).
